11:45 pm - living it up
i am giving serious thought to neu's law student housing. i haven't heard from many of you nice folk re living in boston. i've been in touch with some mass coops, but the more i consider it, the more i want a place i don't have to think about. if 1st year law is half of what people say, the last thing i want is to have to worry about house meetings and cooking people dinner. also this way there's no issue of gettin home if i am doing something campusy until the wee hours of night. it just seems easier all around. the law housing sounds spartan and gross - though i'll get a better look at it at the new student open house next month i guess - but i'm not terribly picky. i enjoyed myself well enough in my little closet of a room in woodruff, with my bed on top of the closet. we'll see!

I thought about campus housing for Western for awhile, but I found, upon doing the research, that campus housing is, generally, terrible value. I'm not saying a room mate is the best solution, but it's Boston... there will be oodles of studios. Have a look around the campus within walking distance, and I bet you'd find something.
