it occurs to me, that inkblot test that's swept the globe (aka my friends page) seems accurate to people because everything in it applies to everyone. no one's going to look at a test result and go "hey, it lies. i have NO creativity/love/resistance!" or if they do, i hate them. all it does is pick one trait from a list of traits everyone shares, and say THIS one is YOU. not actually knowing anything about inkblot tests, i suspect that theyre based on statistics if anything. seeing a butterfly on fire in some random smudge instead of dancing sheep with big ears doesn't mean anything in itself, but if most people who see one happen to be happier than the other, it could be significant.
