well color me impressed. how did you discover them, outta curiosity?

i am looking forward to this show. they used to be one of the best live bands ive ever seen, but the last few times i saw them were really disapointing. hopefully with the new cd out, theyve finally gotten used to their smaller lineup

My friend, Ian, played a CD of them on a 3 hour trip to Myrtle Beach one day. It took me about 20 minutes to decide that I liked them, then there was no stopping me. Don't you hate it when a band kicks a lot of ass on CD, and then you go to a show and they totally suck? Maybe they were just having an off day, but last time I saw No Use for a Name, I wanted to cry.

actually, i think they just came to a settlement. i'd so like to see them convicted of it. how does a settlement help if nothing has changed?

and why can't i get in on it? :(

nothing would neccesarily change with a conviction either. as i understand it, the suit had nothign to do with the price they charged, just with how they decided on what the price would be. they could very well end up charging the same or more, as long as they do it legally. antitrust laws are pretty wonked anyway tho

because you dont live in a cool place like new hampshire

Re:

we need to murder them in a way that was decided reasonably, so we can get away with it.
