ahaha i just noticed-- the last zoloft sample pack thingy i got, they didn't have any of the little pill bottle kinds, so i got one of thoes cardboard pieces with each pill in a little plastic bubble taht you have to push through the back:

it's Zoloft for PMDD! hahaha

for anyone wondering how i did on the modern world test this morning, here is a sample question and answer for you...
question: thomas carlyle coined the phrase "the condition-of-england question". what did this mean?
dan's answer: it meant questioning england's condition.

A+ I'M SURE

NEW YORK—Seeking to broaden the customer base of the popular drug, Pfizer announced the launch of a $40 million "Zoloft For Everything" advertising campaign Monday.

"Zoloft is most commonly prescribed for the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, but it would be ridiculous to limit such a multi-functional drug to these few uses," Pfizer spokesman Jon Pugh said. "We feel doctors need to stop asking their patients if anything is wrong and start asking if anything could be more right."

"How many millions of people out there are suffering under the strain of a deadline at work or pre-date jitters, but don't realize there's a drug that could provide relief? Zoloft isn't just for severe anxiety or depression. Got the Monday blues? Kids driving you nuts? Let Zoloft help. Zoloft."

"But now, Zoloft can also help anyone who needs their emotions leveled off. Do you find yourself feeling excited or sad? No one should have to suffer through those harrowing peaks and valleys."

muahahha.

this took me a long time to respond to.

but yeah, zoloft for PMDD really makes me mad. zoloft doesn't treat PMDD, it covers it up and doesn't get to the actual cause. so yor body is still doing that shit, you just don't notice its there.

gay.

PMDD is most often a hormone imbalance (usually caused by stress and diet)..which can be treated with a natural progesterone cream. this cream has the added benefit of lowering feelings of depression...and is completley natural and not a drug. but the makers of anti-depressants don't want you to know this.

i was given the progeterone cream and it made things worse and gave me incredibly cramps and muscle problems. at this point, to be honest, i couldn't care less whether or not the zoloft is just covering up the symptoms, as long as their gone and i go thru about half the torture physically and mentally that i went through for years and years, i'm fine with that.

pmdd was absolute torture for me, and nothing else worked but the zoloft. granted, i still get really bad cramps and i still freak out emotionally more when it's pms time, but it's not anything like it was for 8 years before this.

was it natural or artificial?

maybe we are oppostites. before i would be in my bed all day for the first few days...and now i don't get cramps any more and i don't freak out and be mean to people. i odn't even have to take any pain killers, which never worked.

maybe you have some low serotonin problems that react wierd to hormones. who knows. its a mystery.
