What is your favorite book now? heinlein "stranger in a strange land" i think. it's hard to say
..10 years ago? hmm. clive barker "weaveworld" maybe? i dont really remember
...20 years ago? haha. 20 years ago i was 1. my mom's boob.
What book made you laugh out loud? dave barry
What book made you cry? the 3rd deryni book, whatever it was called. "the quest for saint camber"? anything by thomas disch is incredibly depressing
What book shocked you? clive barker "everville", bentley little "the policy"
What book have you thrown across the room? Wanted to throw? "the princess and the goblin" i got pissed at it about osmething, i dont remember what. then i read it again and was charmed. "return of the native" awful and pretensious
What book were you unable to finish? "return of the native" "paradise lost" random school assignments. i generally finish what i start on my own
What book have you reread the most? "jurassic park"
What book did you like once, but now can't stand? robin cook "harmful intent", all the deryni books (i'm probably spelling that wrong)
What book most made your life what it is today? art resonates with me very strongly, but i don't know that it influences me that much
What is your favorite book by your favorite author? i don't relaly have a favorite author at present
What book must you really read someday? there are SO MANY. my next reads, i think, are borges, all those books alex told me to read, "the stand" and tom robbins "skinny legs and all"
What's on top of the nearest to-read pile? i don't have to-read piles, per se. i have i-have-not-put-these-away-yet piles. but the nearest unread book on a pile is "puzzles about art: an aesthetics casebook"
What book made you want to jump off a bridge? nick hornby "how to be good", a fabulous premise which steadily dwindled to being annoying and then had no ending. ps: are any of you big hornby fans?
What book made you want to write? something stephen king, probably. i think "night shift"
What book changed you? wasn't this asked already? clive barker probably affected my writing style the most
What was the first book you bought? i don't have the slightest clue
What was the most recent book you bought? haha i got a whole bag of books last time i was at goodwill. and pretty much every time before that. i buy the damn things compulsively. i think my next buy is going to be another copy of "infinite jest" since lauri seems to have claimed mine
What books are you currently reading? currently none, actually. i've been a busy boy lately
What was your most recent read? "ordinary horror" by someone i forget. it wasn't so good
state: nerdlinger
np: Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory? - 12 - Champagne Supernova

(4 shots upside the head | en garde!)
